- Customer Service - Providing high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
- Order Management - Assisting customers with order placements, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Product Inquiries - Answering product-related questions and providing accurate information to customers.
- Follow-Up Services - Ensuring customer satisfaction after sales and encouraging repeat business or upsells.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
